The Lihue Airport terminal services both arriving and departing flights to and from the U.S. mainland and major airports on the neighboring Hawaiian Islands. Our terminal consists of a single level terminal with all passenger accommodations conveniently provided on the same level without the need for elevators and escalators. The airline ticket counters, agricultural inspection stations, security screening checkpoint, baggage claim, visitor information booths, porter service, car rental, taxi service, and parking lots are located on the street side of the terminal.

Once you pass through the security checkpoint and enter the main lobby you may, on occasion enjoy live music, relax at the restaurant or shop in the newsstand, gift or flower shop.   Also, available are airline VIP lounges, artwork, and accessible restrooms. Passenger hold rooms are located at the gates and loading bridges are used to board the aircrafts.
