Bank of Hawaii's automatic teller machine is located near the Centerplate Coffee Shop & Lounge's entrance.

There is no area designated as a business center.  However, there are credit card telephones near the central area.  Phone cards in $20 denominations may be purchased at the Airport News Stand, located inside security check points.

    Facilities for Passengers with Disabilities:

Elevators:

Elevator access to Lost and Found and Airport Manager's offices and from passenger lounge to boarding gates and at arrival areas.  

Parking:

Curbside parking with international blue logo for vehicles with handicapped placard for loading and unloading.

There are marked stalls for handicapped placard holders nearest the terminal building and crosswalks in the public parking lot.

Restrooms:

Restrooms include wide stalls and side grab bars for the mobility impaired in each of the four ground level restroom facilities.

Telephones:

TTY phones are available at the the East and West end baggage claim areas, passenger lounge - both sides and near coffee shop.  

Wheelchairs:

Wheelchairs are available through Hawaii Porter Service

(888-961-0866) and the various airlines; however, prior arrangements are necessary to ensure availability.

Lost/Found claims and articles are handled by Airport Security whose main office is located on the second level on the west end of the General Lyman Terminal Building.  All items and reports are processed through their office but may be received by Law Enforcement Officers in screening or at VIP counters.

Normal hours of operation: 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Service counters are located throughout the terminal to assist the traveling public.  The interisland arrivals counters are open daily from 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.  The central departure counter is intermittently covered from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.  There are courtesy phones located at the  counters to reach an assistant between 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Brochure racks are located at the Aloha and Hawaiian arrival areas, the central rack space, baggage claim area A-B and C-D walkways.  Arrival area phone number are (808) 934-5837 or (808) 934-5839.
