In accordance with §158.29 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 158), the FAA authorized the State of Hawaii to continue collection of a $3.00 PFC effective February 1, 2007, at the following airports:
A PFC may not be collected on any interisland flight within the State of Hawaii. Additional information about the FAA's PFC Program may be found at the FAA's website: www.faa.gov
